To be eligible for admission into HCDC's diploma programs, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a minimum of five (5) credits at GCE/SSCE/NECO/NABTEB level.
• English Language and Mathematics must be among the five credits.
• The remaining three credits should be in relevant subjects.
• The credits must not be obtained in more than two sittings.
